Responsibilities:

Support Classroom Activities:

  • Assist lecturers in preparing and organizing materials for classroom activities.
  • Provide individual or group tutoring sessions to reinforce lecture content.
  • Facilitate discussions and encourage student participation.

Academic Support:

  • Help students understand and apply course concepts.
  • Offer additional explanations and examples for difficult topics.
  • Guide students in developing effective study habits and strategies.

Monitoring and Assessment:

  • Assist in monitoring student progress and identifying those who need additional support.
  • Provide feedback to lecturers on student performance and participation.
  • Help with grading assignments, quizzes, and exams under the lecturer’s guidance.

Communication:

  • Serve as a liaison between students and lecturers, communicating any issues or concerns.
  • Schedule regular meetings with lecturers to discuss class progress and student needs.
  • Maintain open and professional communication with students.

Administrative Duties:
